QA Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for remote QA Lead with ERP experience. This person will be leading and mentoring a team of 12 QA Analysts globally. They will be managing the recent go live of greenfield implementations while being able to partner on the new enhancements that are evolving alongside the team. They will be supporting and leading the team of 12 QA Analysts across CRM, e-commerce, and ARP teams. This individual will be collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Engineers, and stakeholders to clarify the requirements and understand gaps. They will also be required to lead and maintain planning activities such as sprint tests, risk assessments, and prepare for enhancements.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of SAP testing experience 5+ years of leadership

Understanding of SAP Business Processes

Experience writing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices

Proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum Delivery

Great communication skills

Compensation:

$55/hr to 65/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
