Analog Electronics Design Engineer

Responsibilities include all aspects of our products from development through manufacture and customer support. This position requires analytical and hands-on involvement. An ideal candidate will have analytical aptitude, a learner mindset and a willingness to help however needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new circuit designs to meet product needs
- Analyze and improve analog and digital circuits
- Collaborate with teams for system compatibility
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintain documentation for design changes and testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in circuit design (analog, digital)
- Proficiency with schematic capture, circuit simulation and PCB design
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
- Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance
- Strong understanding of sensor technologies, particularly in high- pressure/temperature
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with embedded systems
- Knowledge of industry standards (CE, RoHS, SIL, PL)
- Working knowledge of communication protocols such as HART, IO-Link
- Experience with root-cause analysis and design optimization
- Exposure to National Instruments Electronics Workbench
- Familiarity with moving product from design to production including exposure to automated test systems
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time
