Lexus of Northborough is seeking a proactive, people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for an organized self-starter who understands Massachusetts employment laws, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about being a true voice for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, promoting open communication and advocacy
Ensure compliance with Massachusetts employment laws and HR best practices
Coordinate employee schedules, onboarding, and personnel documentation
Schedule manufacturer training classes keep track of employee training progress
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and orientation processes
Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives
