Intune Engineer

Kforce has a client in need of an Intune Engineer in Quincy, MA. Responsibilities:

• Building deployment profiles for Windows devices
• Creating Intune configurations and managing Endpoint Security
• Creating Entra ID Cloud Groups
• Managing a large fleet of 20,000+ devices
• Work extensively with platforms and tools including: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra/Azure ID, CoreView , Active Directory, ServiceNow, CA Unicenter
• Write clear and thorough technical documentation
• Apply project management skills to support task and project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Engage with multiple agencies on projects of varying scale and complexity
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience desirable
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management, IT Customer Support, IT Service Delivery, IT Business Analysis, or other IT related field
• Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), tools such as and Microsoft Intune
• Is knowledgeable with Windows domain and Autopilot devices
• Strong customer and team orientation with a focus on collaboration, an ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism and quality
• Strong organizational and customer service skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
