Patient Coordinator
As a Patient Coordinator, you’re the first friendly face families see and the steady presence that keeps the day running smoothly. You’ll welcome clients into the clinic, guide them through check-in and scheduling, and make sure every detail is handled with care and accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves supporting families, and takes pride in creating a calm, organized front office experience. You’ll partner closely with the General Manager and the Front Office Team, helping ensure each family feels known and supported. At our clinics, this position isn’t just administrative. It’s relational. You’ll play a meaningful part in the experience families have with us, supporting the work our clinicians do by keeping the front end seamless, welcoming, and professional.
