Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boston. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in customer service, client relations, or business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and professional customer support to clients and customers
- Handle customer inquiries, questions, and requests in a timely manner
- Assist with client accounts and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
