Job Summary: (t hi s position is onsite in Westborough, MA. We are not considering remote applicants at this time).
In the performance of their assigned tasks and duties all employees are expected to: perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision; interact professionally with other employees, customers and patients; work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments; work independently while understanding the necessity to communicate and coordinate work efforts with others within and outside of the organization.
The marketing Coordinator functions as the departments administrative support; coordinating meetings, tradeshows, and logistics; collaborating and preparing marketing pieces; serving as a liaison for clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Support company initiatives by collaborating with different departments (planning/testing, creating content, executing, and tracking of marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media posts, employee training, all hands calls, company culture and morale-boosting activities for employees contests, surveys, tenure awards, company outings, charitable contributions, holiday gifts, etc.)
-Independently coordinate trade shows and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, accommodations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
-Create content, proofread, and edit copy for various communication channels (sales brochures, website contents, physician and company newsletters, company-wide announcements, etc.) ensuring consistent voice across the board
-Develop and manage content and social media marketing programs, including public relations efforts
-Manage trademark-related needs (deadlines, renewals, applications)
-Assist in updating, distributing, and analyzing surveys to obtain feedback on operational performance and physician engagement.
-Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget.
-May staff trade show and promotional events as needed.
-Responsible for managing inventory of in-house premiums and fulfillment of contest prizes.
Qualifications:
A.A. or A.S. degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing assistant for an advertising agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with Salesforce and campaign development
