HVAC

10+ years of HVAC experience for various projects. Hazardous industrial experience preferred. Experience includes:

1. Supply and Exhaust
1. Airflow calculations to size and specify equipment
2. Heating and Cooling

1. Thermal rejection analysis to size and specify equipment

1. Humidification / Dehumidification
2. HVAC controls (both variable and constant)
3. Offices, Labs, Cleanrooms, Warehouses, Open Production Bays, etc.

Must have experience creating:

1. Airflow diagrams
2. Pressure Profile Layouts
3. Supply and Exhaust Duct Layouts
4. Piping Layouts for heating/cooling/condensate
5. Equipment schedules
6. Specifications
7. Control Diagrams
8. Sequence of Operations
9. Basis of Design Reports

Position will be responsible (either directly or through subordinates) creating different levels of design packages including

• Schematic Design (concept sketches)
• Preliminary Design (pricing drawings)
• Detailed Design (permit drawings)
• Construction Drawings
• As-built Drawings

Plumbing

10+ years of Plumbing experience for various projects. Hazardous industrial experience preferred. Experience includes:

1. Supply Water (Potable and Non-Potable)
2. Waste and Sewer
3. Roof drainage
4. Tepid water for emergency use (eye wash/shower)
5. Lab waste neutralization
6. Natural gas piping
7. Hot/cold Water piping layout
8. Sump Pump
9. Offices, Labs, Cleanrooms, Warehouses, Open Production Bays, etc.

Must have experience creating

1. Overall piping schematic diagrams
2. Hot/Cold Water piping drawings
3. Potable/Non-Potable piping drawings
4. Natural Gas piping drawings
5. Equipment schedules
6. Specifications
7. Control Diagrams
8. Sequence of Operations
9. Basis of Design Reports
