The Role
Veeva is seeking a strategic leader to elevate our global migration services practice for our Development Cloud and Quality Cloud products. This is a high-impact role where you will architect our data migration strategy for the AI era and lead the team into its next evolution.
We are looking for an innovative leader who combines vision with operational rigor – someone ready to simplify complex enterprise migration challenges and transform them into AI-ready outcomes for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Evolve the Migration Paradigm: Lead the team into the next evolution of data migration – AI-enabled and prioritizing AI-readiness
- Build a World-Class Team: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, customer-centricity, and proactive problem-solving
- Drive Delivery Excellence: Take ownership of critical migration programs. Serve as the primary driver of delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality, repeatable, successful outcomes for our customers
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise software technical consulting or services
- Global Leadership: Proven track record managing a global, billable team of 50+ people
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of data, data integration, and data architecture
- Migration Experience: Demonstrated, hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise data migrations
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to build strong relationships and operate effectively within an integrated, cross-functional organization and partner ecosystem
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex operational and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Location: Located in US Central or Eastern timezones; travel up to 40%

Compensation
- Base pay: $200,000 - $275,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
