Your Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 32 hours a week. Key Responsibilities- Engage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, & preparing design presentations.
- Develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team.
- Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review.
- Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team members.
- Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software.
- Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in interior design.
- Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
