Grant and Contract Specialist

Join our team as a Grant and Contract Specialist, supporting fiscal and administrative officers in handling a dynamic portfolio of grants and contracts for impactful research. This role offers $52/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and reviewing research documents and grant proposals
• Input budget data into proposal systems for accurate financial forecasting
• Gather sponsor-required details, collaborating with stakeholders
• Coordinate with various departments
• Manage sub-award agreements from initiation to closure
• Oversee financial management in pre- and post-award processes, including projections

Qualifications:

• 4 years of Grant Research Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
• Expertise in managing pre- and post-award grants, with a deep understanding of compliance standards
