Fund Coordinator – Private Equity

We’re looking for a Fund Coordinator – Private Equity to join a growing finance team. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in private equity, fund administration, and investor relations while enjoying competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Create investor presentations, annual meeting decks, and fundraising materials
• Upload financial statements, manage LP records in Investran, and coordinate LP transfers
• Address investor inquiries, process confirmations, and oversee communications via inbox, portal, and reports
• Establish new entities, maintain investor information, and administer employee investment programs (capital calls, distributions, onboarding)
• Assist with audits by preparing and submitting required documentation
• Take part in special projects, ad hoc requests, and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–4 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or accounting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
• Clear and professional communicator, confident when working with investors, counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Investran
