The Opportunity
Clover Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and dependable Clinician to join their team at their Chelmsford location. This is a full-time, in-person role for a clinician who can carry a mixed caseload of mental health and substance use clients, facilitate groups with confidence, and manage their time and documentation independently. What You'll Do
- Carry a caseload of 10-15 clients across mental health and substance use disorder presentations
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based, person-centered approaches
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the clinical programming schedule
- Participate in one evening IOP group per week as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity and quality of care
- Manage your own schedule with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Requirements
Required:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related social services field
- Experience providing both mental health and substance use disorder treatment
- Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload with consistent documentation compliance
- Group facilitation experience in a clinical setting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedule and documentation without close oversight
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
- Active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in IOP, PHP, or structured outpatient behavioral health settings
Benefits
Compensation and Schedule
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, with the ability to reach $90,000 based on experience, licensure, and qualifications
