We are currently hiring for a work-from-home Benefits Advisor position working with union members and their families.

This is a fully remote opportunity with training provided from day one , so no prior experience is required.

Our team helps families understand and enroll in benefits they already qualify for and have asked for. This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales , we provide all your leads.

Additional Position Details:

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position (not a W-2 role)

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients over Zoom
• Walk through benefit options and answer questions
• Assist families with enrollment
• Follow a simple, proven system
