TheCommercialAccount Director,willbe responsible forexpanding business within existingaccountsconcentrating on Biologics. The position(s) in this role will be remote and strategicallylocatednear the sites or the regional accounts they support. This position(s) should be based East Coast, US and UK, Denmark or Central Europe.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Biologics capabilities for organizations within the designated region.

• Expand new CDMO business for FUJIFILM

• Develop account plans

• Presenting account plans to executive leadership with a strategic how to win mindset.

• Expanding& developscope and setting up strategic contractual agreements with respective clients.

• Keep systems and leadership up to date with customer needs and account goals.

• Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies at conferences and tradeshows.

• Partner with Commercial Solutions team to ensure all technical scope and business solutions are supporting customer needs

• Provide customer feedback to teams to enhance future solutions

• Partner with Program management to ensure project execution, new scope, and changing business needs are supporting customer & FUJIFILM needs.

Skills & Talent Required

Strong knowledge of CDMO service industry and understanding of customer needs to be successful. Ability to manage complexproject-based challenges with a solution-oriented mindset that results in clear simple options to navigate customer and internal needs. Proactive relationship manager whoseeksto collaborate with teams of people to drive results for a team.Intermediate understanding of financials andlong-term strategic planning.

• Bachelor's Degreein a science related field is essential. Advanced business or science degree preferred.

• Essential experience: 12 years of progressive experience including 5+ years of relevant senior level business (business development, account management, program management) experience in the biopharmaceutical area.

• Advanced understanding ofCDMO service industry and organizational structures

• Expert insight in / experience with IP and legal issues

• Advanced ability to write business documents

• Negotiation skills

• Advanced presentation skills

Scope & Accountability

• Work in close alignment with global directors on account growth and shifts in customer dynamics

• Open communication channels with Demand Planning team to ensure sites clear on pending customer needs.

• Collaboration with Legal and commercial solution members to ensure business needs for FUJIFILM are appropriately

• Close collaboration with site and project teams to drive support for customer programs

• Working directly with commercial leadership teams and sites to get customer needs addressed.

• Directly adding top line sales year over year through the expansion of business in existing accounts.

The US salary base range for this position is $175,000 to $230,000. Pay within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience.

UK, Denmark and European salary base range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
