Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Responsible for operating production machinery to produce quality products. The role involves inspecting parts visually and using measuring tools to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, documenting results as required, and completing production functions according to established quality and production standards.
Pay: $18 - 22/hr
Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30pm - Midnight, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery to complete assigned tasks and ensure the production of quality products.
- Set up or complete changeovers with data provided by the company and perform more complex operations.
- Understand the basic principles of production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect parts visually and use measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings, documenting results as required.
- Perform re-inspections and re-work as requested to maintain high standards.
- Maintain machinery, including cleaning and making necessary adjustments, and inform management of any significant problems.
- Ensure food safety and quality of the product produced or packaged daily.
- Initiate corrective action by reporting any food safety or quality issues to the supervisor or designee.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in machine operation and setup.
- Experience in machining and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform changeovers and complex production tasks.

Work Environment
Work under hazardous conditions, including exposure to high places, chemicals, electrical currents, and moving machinery. The worker may be subject to odors and dusts, but the room is climate-controlled to ensure comfort.
