Human Resources Generalist

Position Overview

Location: Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts

Hybrid Schedule: Three days onsite, two days remote
Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually

An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day to day HR operations and partner with leadership on a range of people related initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees, addressing employee relations matters, supporting recruiting and onboarding, and helping ensure strong HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day to day HR operations and employee relations matters
• Partner with managers to address employee concerns and workplace issues
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
• Manage leave of absence administration and related documentation
• Support performance management conversations with managers
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands on HR experience
• Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
• Ability to work effectively with managers and employees at all levels
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Experience supporting healthcare or human services organizations is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Work Location
Hybrid schedule
Three days per week onsite in the Merrimack Valley region
Two days per week remote
