Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team at our
small-scale manufacturing facility. The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all
products meet company and customer quality standards through inspection, testing, and
documentation. This role is essential to maintaining consistency, compliance, and customer
satisfaction.

· Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for defects, deviations, and nonconformities.

· Perform visual, dimensional, and functional tests using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

· Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.

· Report nonconformities and work with production staff to resolve issues in a timely manner.

· Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.

· Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

· Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety guidelines.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and team members about quality concerns.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in quality or manufacturing preferred.

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or QC role strongly preferred.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic math skills and familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Good eyesight and manual dexterity for precision inspection tasks.
