Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Amherst, MA. This contract position spans the full school year, offering the chance to apply evidenced-based behavioral interventions that foster student progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behavior.
• Support students in various academic and social settings to enhance learning outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with educators, therapists, and families to promote consistency and positive behavior changes.
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical standards of practice.

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with children in a school or clinical environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
