Job Title: Intermediate Technical Trainer / Instructional Designer

Location: Everett, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: 10 Months (Tentative)

Job Overview:
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking   Intermediate Technical Trainer / Instructional Designer for an exciting job in Everett, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for CCFA software.
• Translate complex technical information into simple, user-friendly terms.
• Adapt training content for individuals with limited English proficiency.
• Facilitate live training sessions (in-person and online).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Create training materials (manuals, job aids, user guides, and e-learning content).
• Provide frontline technical support using ServiceNow and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop self-paced training modules using Microsoft 365, GoToMeeting, and Zoom.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in technical training or instructional design.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
• Comfortable delivering training in person and virtually.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including non-native English speakers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of fiscal systems, financial workflows, or payment processes.
• Ability to integrate fiscal concepts into training for non-financial audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public benefits systems (child care, education, health, or human services).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate.
• Experience working with government agencies.
• Familiarity with Jira for task and sprint tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum/Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
