Warm, intentional parents seek professional, long-term nanny to care for two infants (6 months in April) in Powder House Square. The ideal candidate is a genuine, warm, loving and joyous career nanny who understand early childhood development and infant milestones. The parents believe in prioritizing cooperation, trust and community over control and obedience, with a conscious focus on integration and involving their sons in the natural rhythms of the home. An aligned match will share similar views on raising children. The right fit will be someone who understands the importance of speaking to baby and the development of language. Experience with multiples is necessary for this position, as is a minimum of 5 years of general professional relevant experience. Applicants should be non-smokers, CPR/First aid certified (willing to be up to date by your first day on the job), Vaccinated (TDAP, Flu, Covid) (parents are specifically requesting for this position. Most of our positions do not have vaccine requirements), comfortable working with pets (two cats), be at least conversational in English, and have legal authorization to work in the US. The most competitive applicants will have 10+ years of experience, speak a second language (bonus points if you can expose the children to Spanish, French, or Italian), and have a college degree.
