Valley Medical Group, a provider owned and operated primary care organization with offices in the Pioneer Valley is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our endocrinology department and split time between our offices in Amherst and Greenfield. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are eligible to become shareholders after two years of employment and actively participate in the growth and operation of Valley Medical Group. We place a high priority on provider work-life balance.
About the Position- Work alongside two highly regarded, board certified endocrinologists
- General endocrinology
- Opportunities to treat thyroid related issues
- Treat diabetes with the support from an ADA certified program
- See a full spectrum of metabolic disorders

- Patient census is 16 per day
- No call
- Opportunity to develop special professional interests
- 40-minute appointments for new and complex cases, 20 minutes for follow up visits

Full service health centers including lab and radiology for convenience of patients and easy collaboration with providers. Services include primary care (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics), PT/OT, Behavioral Health and Psychiatry, Optometry, Podiatry, Endocrinology, Sports Medicine, Diabetes and Nutrition Care
