Compliance Operations Analyst

education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day compliance operations, including activity monitoring, issue tracking, and control execution.
- Perform routine data analysis on HCP/HCO engagements, expense reconciliations, and third-party risk management datasets.
- Identify data anomalies or compliance risks and assist in preparing dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct third-party due diligence, onboarding reviews, and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Legal to gather data and resolve inquiries.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk functions within the pharma, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, FDA, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act).
- Foundational analytical skills with structured datasets and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
- Exposure to monitoring, auditing, or data reconciliation activities.
- Familiarity with platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, Concur, Power BI, or Tableau.
