Join the team at Haddad GMC as an Automotive Detailer/Reconditioner, where you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are clean, polished, and showroom-ready. This position is based in Adams, MA and offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. As an Automotive Detailer/Reconditioner, you will contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high standards of vehicle appearance and condition.

• Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
• Inspect vehicles carefully for defects or required repairs, reporting any issues to the service team.
• Recondition vehicles to dealer standards, including minor touch-ups and cosmetic repairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing and reconditioning areas.
• Work efficiently to prepare vehicles for delivery and display in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations related to chemicals and cleaning products.

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or reconditioning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
