Gen AI Architect (Boston)

Role : Gen AI Architect

Advisory & Consulting:

• Act as the AI advisory to key customers.
• Provide best practices, pros & cons comparison between various market available AI products for enabling platform selection for Customers.
• Provide approach to do value stream mapping and find out use cases for AI implementation.

AI Solution Architecture:

• Interact with customer and internal stake holders to understand the use case for AI enablement.
• Create a wire frame using vibe coding to get the use case validated.
• Make a presentation to the customer about the solution with pros and cons and effort and timelines. Get approvals for MVP.
• Create a MVP solution quickly in customer environment or HCLTech environment.
• Create the full Solution architecture on Gen AI with the team once MVP is approved. This includes understanding of Data ingestion and Data quality as well. They can then have the delivery team deliver it.
• Has built AI Agents in his experience and knows the full lifecycle of building an AI Agent.
• Has clear understanding of Agentic AI architecture.

AI thought leadership:

• Create Industry trends and POV presentations for customer leaders.
• Attend industry forums for the latest developments.
• Publish white papers and articles in Industry forums and LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 + years of experience as Solution Presales, Architect capacity.
• 3 years of experience in at least 2 of the 3 AI ecosystems.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Native Development & Deployment
• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Proven success supporting enterprise AI deals.
• Deep knowledge of AI portfolio.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data strategy, security, and scalable architecture.
• Experience across multiple industries preferred.
• Ability to define specific to ground-breaking solutions within abstract environments
• Well networked within the IT services industry.
• Ability to identify upcoming RFPs / deals by networking with key client partners
