Wellbeing Coordinator
- Contribute to and/or lead design of community engagement strategies and materials
- Participate in community engagement activities (in-person and/or virtual)
- Support community health program operations and implementation
- Identify and collaborate with community partners to implement program opportunities
- Identify and support partnership opportunities that advance CHA community health priorities
- Create health promotion content for outreach
- Contribute to development of evaluation frameworks and tools
- Support program evaluation through data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Support process improvement projects for program, operations, and evaluation priorities
- Participate in regular staff, department, and working group meetings
- Represent CHA at outreach and community events
- Support department leadership with grant writing and researching funding opportunities
- Complete reporting and documentation as required by CHA and grant funders
- Bachelors degree in public health, social work, or a related field required; Masters degree welcome
- 1-3 years of work experience in community health may be substituted for academic experience
- Staff are expected to be in-office at least 3 days per week, with additional days at the discretion of manager
- Staff are expected to participate in community programs and events, which may take place in the evening or on weekends
- Ability to travel within CHA service area
