Line Cook
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook. Moona's cuisine draws on the authentic influences from the Middle East & North Africa and elevates them for today's modern New England palate. The focus is on the Arabic pantry. Creating dry spice blends, wet mixes, preserves, jams, etc. If you enjoy high quality olive oils, unique fragrant spices, pickling and preserving seasonal produce, bread and sausage making then this concept could be a fit for you.
This is a unique opportunity for a cook to learn about use of unique and different spices, butchery, pickling, and much more.
Though we are a formal fine casual restaurant we put emphasis on enjoying our work and elevating the staff around us to provide a high quality and unique dining experience to every guest that walks through our doors.
Required Qualifications:
-Experience in Fine Dining or Bistro settings
