Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible shifts available
- Must be able to start on either 5/4 or 5/18
- Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period
Required Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Level III/IV NICU nursing experience
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities and adaptability
- Ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill neonates and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor, assess, and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions
- Manage advanced NICU equipment and deliver specialized treatments
- Accurately document patient status, interventions, and care plans
