Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts available
• Must be able to start on either 5/4 or 5/18
• Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Level III/IV NICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication abilities and adaptability
• Ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill neonates and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor, assess, and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions
