Valley Medical Group, an independent, primary care-based multi-specialty group and training partner of Baystate Medical Center in Western Massachusetts, has openings for board-certified or eligible internal medicine physicians interested in primary care in our offices in Amherst, Easthampton, Northampton and Greenfield. This is a rare opportunity to join a financially stable practice with the ability to become a shareholder and have the option to teach family medicine residents.
About the Position:- See an average of 18–20 patients per day
- Light shared call from home
- A dedicated Medical Assistant per physician
- 5 Weeks PTO + paid holidays
- Shareholder status after two years

Triage nurses to help manage portal messages
Behavioral health practitioners integrated into primary care
- Dedicated, experienced physician mentors
- Comprehensive benefit package
- Additional stipend for teaching advanced practitioners and residents if desired
- Clinical academic appointment to UMass
- Strong, on-site behavioral health team
- Onsite lab, mammography, physical and occupational therapy

About you:
- Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Med/Ped
- Desire to be part of a self-governing organization

Valley Medical Group has offices in Greenfield, Northampton, Amherst and Easthampton and consists of full-service health centers. The practice boasts a full range of patient care services beyond primary care including; physical therapy, behavioral health, eye care, sports medicine, rheumatology, endocrinology, radiology, onsite lab and day surgery center.
