Nauset Rental is a Cape Cod–based vacation rental company managing a portfolio of high-end homes with a modern, tech-enabled approach. We combine strong local relationships with efficient, scalable systems to deliver great experiences for both homeowners and guests.

We’re hiring a Multichannel Operations Specialist —someone who can handle the day-to-day with professionalism, keep clients happy, and help us build smarter marketing and prospecting systems along the way. This is a hybrid role for someone comfortable working independently, who also doesn’t mind hopping over the bridge to Brewster a few days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for both guests and homeowners—answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and keep things running smoothly
• Manage behind-the-scenes operations: from property listing updates to scheduling and task coordination
• Launch and support marketing efforts using AI tools—help generate email campaigns, social posts, and other content
• Assist with modern prospecting workflows—testing new tools, refining messaging, and helping us connect with new homeowner clients
• Collaborate with our AI consultant to implement smart automations and optimize internal systems
• Travel to Brewster and other Cape locations 2–3 days per week (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements

• Available for on-Cape work (especially Saturdays during summer peak)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Comfortable with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, CRMs, messaging apps
• Strong communicator with solid organizational instincts

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in hospitality, service, or high-responsibility roles
• Used CRMs, reservation systems, or project management tools
• Built or automated something with AI, even if it's scrappy
