As a Floor Tech at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling role that will keep you engaged. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of designated areas, such as hallways, patient rooms, and common spaces. You will operate cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards. With a schedule of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, you will have a consistent routine and the opportunity to make a difference every day. Please note that this position requires working every other weekend to support our residents and uphold our commitment to excellence in care and service.

To excel as a Floor Tech at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, candidates should possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in operating cleaning equipment and knowledge of sanitation practices are highly beneficial. Additionally, effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with floor care products and techniques is a plus, as is the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

While not required, proficiency in using cleaning software or tools can enhance your efficiency and productivity in maintaining our facility to the highest standards.
