Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages
• Oversee accounting operations across multiple LLCs
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial procedures
• Mentor and supervise accounting staff
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with leadership on reporting visibility and business insights
• Support audits and ensure overall financial integrity

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or related field
• Prior ownership of month-end, financial reporting, and accounting operations
• Ability to independently manage and own the close process
• Construction, manufacturing, or project-based accounting experience preferred
• Systems-minded and technologically curious — someone excited about leveraging AI and automation within accounting operations
