Ingrid’s Team LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want stable hours with weekly pay, we would love to hear from you.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7 hours per day
• Saturday: 5 hours
• Total: 40 hours per week (full-time)
• Consistent attendance and availability required

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial facilities such as offices, warehouses, and common areas
• Vacuum, mop, scrub, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces
• Operate floor machines including buffers, auto-scrubbers, and commercial vacuums
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures
• Keep spaces clean, safe, and organized
• Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

• This is a physically active position
• Standing, walking, bending, and moving for long periods
• Lifting equipment and supplies daily (40–50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with buffing machines and floor scrubbers
• Work permit and Social Security number
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow rules and instructions
• Professional behavior at client locations
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
