Starting pay/salary range: Starting rate of $31.98/hr or ~$66,500/yr (+ shift differential). Top-level technicians have the potential to earn up to $60.43/hr or ~$125,600/yr (+ shift differential) as you grow in the organization.

The South Boston Manufacturing Center is the home of the Gillette World Shaving Headquarters and produces household grooming mainstays like Mach 3, Fusion, Labs, and Venus shaving products. About the role: We are seeking an injection molding technician to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines with automation systems to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. The technician will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to industry standards and company policies. This role will initially be located in South Boston and will transition to our Andover Manufacturing Center located ~25 miles north of Boston within the next five years. We expect all employees hired to make the transition to Andover as roles migrate to the new site.

Job qualifications:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
  • Work a fixed 12-hour shift schedule, which may include assignment to an overnight shift as determined by business needs at the time of hire
