Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to support our Technical Publications and Training teams. This role is a hybrid of high-level administrative support, technical documentation validation, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. You will play a critical role in safeguarding intellectual property and ensuring our service teams have the access and training they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and issue Service Dongles via Sentinelle software; maintain an accurate status database and coordinate with the shipping department for delivery.
• Administer training within the Cornerstone LMS , including preparing reports, analyzing training surveys, and conducting effectiveness audits to identify overdue requirements.
• Collaborate with the Tech Pubs team to validate and publish technical documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with SalesForce, Smartsheet, or Cornerstone LMS is a plus.
