Business Performance & Growth
- Own the financial performance of the account, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure client satisfaction, account retention, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Support rebid efforts and strengthen long-term business partnerships.

- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to build strong partnerships.
- Proven business, financial, and operational acumen.
- Strengths in initiative, critical thinking, communication, multitasking, and prioritization.
- A proactive champion of diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS software proficiency.
