Responsibilities

• Provide snow and ice management services at assigned commercial or residential sites throughout the winter season.
• Utilize your own equipment to perform snow removal and related tasks as needed.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with your designated JC Grounds Management point of contact.
• Follow site-specific instructions and ensure all work meets JC Grounds Management’s quality standards.
• Submit invoices easily through our online portal for prompt payment.
• Collaborate with JC Grounds Management, who will handle all customer interactions and weather monitoring.

Qualifications

• Ownership of snow removal equipment (such as Loaders,Skids, Pushers, Plows, Sidewalk Machines)
• Ability to commit to working during winter weather events, with an average of 100+ hours per season based on snowfall.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting service commitments.
• Willingness to partner with JC Grounds Management and adhere to company standards and procedures.
