Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

We're leading the way in redefining the workwear category. Our mission is to engineer better boots and apparel for our country's tradesmen and women by working directly with real workers to learn what they actually need to execute their jobs.

The BRUNT team is not only devoted to improving on the old workwear standards, but we're also creating a community that tradesmen and women can call their own. From our weekly hangouts at the BRUNT Garage, to hosting events across the country, we're all about getting boots on the ground and building something real with the BRUNT crew.

The BRUNT flagship isn't a traditional retail store, it's a home base for the trades. A place where customers can walk in straight from a job site, try on gear built for real work, and talk with a team that understands their day-to-day. We're building more than a place to shop, we're creating a community hub where craftsmanship, grit, and pride in hard work come together through in-store events, local connections, and boots-on-the-ground experiences.

What You'll Do: As a Brunt Retail Sales Associate, you're on the front lines of the brand, bringing energy, passion, and personality to the sales floor every day. You'll help create standout customer experiences by connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge, and making every interaction feel authentic and on brand.

You'll be hands-on in the daily rhythm of the store, supporting sales, keeping the floor looking sharp, and jumping in wherever the team needs you. From restocking and visual upkeep to helping customers find exactly what they're looking for, you'll help keep the store moving and thriving.
