Guest Service Associate

PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR A COMMUTER COLLEGE STUDENT or someone who is semi-retired looking for a very part time position.

We’re Hiring: In this position, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and while overseeing the play space. At the front desk, you will conduct basic transactions for checking guests in and out, supervising play areas, assisting guests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the center. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and who thrives in a dynamic environment.

The opportunity to pick up additional hours on weekends, holidays and evenings will be available.

This position is perfect for a remote or local commuter college student, someone who is semi-retired or someone looking to supplement their income. 8-10 hours roughly per week.

Position hours:

• Fill in as needed
• Wednesday/Thursday availability 2-6pm.

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with children and families in a warm and welcoming manner
• Manage the front desk, check in and check out
• Supervise play areas to ensure safe and appropriate play at all times
• Monitor and enforce center rules and safety guidelines
• Assist with birthday parties and events, including set-up, hosting, and clean-up
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the play space and public areas
• Help with opening/closing procedures as needed
• Engage in playful and positive interactions with children of all ages

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and child-friendly personality
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Responsible and safety-conscious
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
