Job Title: General Labor- Lumber Unloader
Location: Palmer, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00AM to Finish
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manually unload lumber from rail trucks
Stack, sort, and organize lumber by size and type
Inspect materials for damage or defects
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Perform other general labor tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout the day
Steel-toe boots required
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Previous lumber yard or general labor experience is a plus but not required
