The Heart of the Role
As a CNA in a clinic setting, you are often the first person a patient interacts with. Your role is about more than just tasks; its about making patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. You will spend your day supporting clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, helping patients move comfortably through the clinic, and assisting with basic medical checks like taking vitals.

What you will be doing
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of direct patient interaction and keeping the clinic running smoothly. Youll help collect patient information, assist providers during exams when needed, and ensure that every room is clean and ready for the next person who needs help. Most importantly, you will be a steady, friendly presence for patients who might be feeling nervous about their visit. What we are looking for
We are looking for team members who are naturally empathetic and detail-oriented. To be considered for this role in 2026, you should have:

• A current Massachusetts CNA license.
• An active CPR/BLS certification.
• A genuine desire to help people and work as part of a supportive team.
• The ability to communicate clearly and kindly with patients and colleagues alike.
