Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary: Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. This is a full-time position in the auto industry, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue through effective sales techniques. - Greet customers and understand their automotive service needs.
- Perform vehicle walk-around inspections with customers and accurately document service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for automotive services.
- Offer and sell additional products and services to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments.
- Communicate regularly with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
- Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Follow up with customers after services are completed to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proven sales experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
