?? Position Overview

Location: Fall River, MA

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:20 AM - 2:30 PM

Duration: Full 2025-2026 School Year

Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour
?? What You'll Do
-
Lead and support paraprofessional staff within sub-separate classrooms
-
Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings
-
Implement and oversee behavior support plans and academic activities
-
Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress
-
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistent support strategies
-
Assist with changing/toileting as needed
-
Help write and implement IEPs
? Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree required
-
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral and intellectual disabilities
-
Demonstrated leadership experience in educational or behavioral settings
-
Strong skills in de-escalation, data collection, and behavior tracking
-
Passion for education and a desire to pursue a teaching license
-
Comfortable working with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
-
Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
