Human Resources Clerk Attention Human Resources Students and graduates.
We are in need of an Human Resources Clerk for a special short term project. This is a great opportunity to gain Human Resources experience.The HR Clerk provide clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role assists with employee records management and document storage, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and and scan employee records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred,
- Previous experience using a scanner
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
