We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a wide range of issues, with a focus on High Net Worth Estate Planning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of High Net Worth Estate Planning.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements related to the manufacturing industry.
3. Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to protect the company's interests and assets.
5. Work closely with the management team to identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
4. Proven experience in High Net Worth Estate Planning.
5. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
