Senior Sales Executive - Accounting & Finance POST NUMBER: 472650

We’re seeking a high?performing Senior Sales Executive to join our elite team. This role is focused on contract, interim, and fractional placements, partnering with a broad range of clients to deliver flexible, high?value talent solutions. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of agency sales experience, a strong network, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while driving consistent revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand revenue within the Accounting & Finance market.
  • Client Development: Identify, engage, and grow new client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of hiring needs across contract, interim, and fractional models.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, client demand, and competitive activity to position our services effectively.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for expanded services.
  • Cross?Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters to align client needs with top?tier talent solutions.
  • Performance Management: Track sales activity and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Brand Representation: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand market presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5 years of high?level agency placement experience within Accounting & Finance.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting and finance roles, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of contract, interim, and fractional staffing solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Polished, persuasive communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Relationship Builder: Naturally consultative, with a talent for building long?term, trusted client partnerships.
