DAY IN THE LIFE — TECHNICAL FIRST
Your days will include:
- Leading 3–5 HVAC installation crews
- Technical problem solving: airflow, Manual J, heat pumps, mini-splits
- Performing pre-job site assessments
- Quality control checks after installs
- Troubleshooting issues like short cycling, wiring conflicts, and old home retrofits
- Choosing which Mass Save or local rebate applies
- Working inside ServiceTitan to manage project flow
- Communicating with customers in English and Portuguese
You’ll be the technical backbone ensuring installations are done the right way, the first time.
WHAT YOU BRING
✓ 3+ years HVAC install or service experience ✓ Strong understanding of heat pumps, ductwork, refrigerants ✓ Portuguese + English fluency (daily requirement) ✓ Ability to train teams in the field ✓ Valid driver’s license ✓ Tech-friendly (ServiceTitan or similar software)
Bonus: EPA Universal, Mass Save experience, solar or weatherization background.
GROWTH PATH

- Year 1: Lead installation teams as a Technical Supervisor
- Year 2: Promote to Operations Manager
- Year 3: You choose your direction — Training Lead, Market Expansion, or Senior Ops

DAY IN THE LIFE — LEADERSHIP FIRST
As a Project Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead and coach 3–5 HVAC install teams (15–20 people)
- Develop installers through hands-on training
- Run morning alignment with crews
- Handle customer communication (often in Portuguese)
- Solve technical escalations, but focus on leadership
- Complete site walks, safety checks, and quality inspections
- Coordinate with office, permitting, and scheduling teams
- Use ServiceTitan for workflows and job tracking
Your main goal: create high-performing crews that deliver consistent, high-quality installs.
WHAT YOU BRING
