**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
+ Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual activity, to the appropriate contacts.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as needed.
+ Assist in controlling access to the location as directed by site-specific policies.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all patrols and security-related incidents encountered during assigned shifts.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
