Physical Therapist – Help Build the Future of Rehab + Longevity on Cape Cod
Cape Cod Rehab and FitPlan Cape Cod are seeking a Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient position.
We are an independent, therapist-owned practice that is expanding beyond traditional rehabilitation into longevity, fitness, prevention, and performance. Our team combines evidence-based physical therapy, aquatic therapy, fitness, and wellness programming to help people stay active and healthy throughout their lives.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurologic, and balance patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress patients appropriately
• Collaborate with therapists, fitness professionals, and support staff
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term health
• Contribute to innovative programs that extend beyond traditional rehabilitation
