Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location: Waltham, MA -Hybrid - locals or nearby only
Visa: US Citizen or GC only
Exp level: Within 12 years of experience
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience integrating SFMC with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or external platforms.
- Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Familiarity with mobile, SMS, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting within SFMC.
- Experience with HTML, AMPscript, and SQL for email and automation customization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
